Using the DRiV Assessment to Strengthen Leadership and Team Performance

During this interactive three-hour public-safety specific virtual course, participants will explore their individual DRiV results and learn how their motivations influence their leadership, decision-making, communication, and relationships with others. The program will be conducted live via Zoom, allowing public safety professionals from across the country to participate.
